The Student Union of Borås has three subsidary bodies that we call sections. Each of them are linked to the University of Borås three faculties, usually they´re called A1, A2 and A3.
Students automatically belong to a faculty and there for also a section depending on what they study.
Novitas: Faculty of Textile, Engineering and Business
Humanitas: Faculty of Caring Science, Work Life and Social Welfare
Scientias: Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT
1. Go to the University of Borås website, hb.se.
2. Click on Menu -> Education -> Programs and courses.
3. Search for your program/course, e.g. "data economics" and click on the program page.
4. Scroll down to the dark box where it says "Contact". It states which academy the program is given at. In the case of data economists, it is the Faculty of Librarianship, Information, Education and IT
